We are a team of four experienced professionals with over 50 years of combined experience across the construction and social housing sectors.
Coming from diverse construction trade backgrounds, we bring practical knowledge and specialist expertise in building pathology to identifying the root causes of property defects and recommending effective, long-term solutions.
Our hands-on experience covers damp, mould, timber decay, structural defects, moisture management and property preservation. We understand how buildings perform because we have spent decades building, repairing and maintaining them.
