Commercial Survey Fees

Final fees and inspection times depend on the size, type, location and accessibility of the property, together with the scope of the investigation and reporting requirements. A written quotation will be provided before the survey is booked.

Travel Charges

All travel charges exclude VAT.

Distances are calculated using the normal practical driving route from our Coventry operating base to the property. For locations beyond the included 20-mile radius, mileage is charged on the additional outward and return distance. Any parking, toll, congestion-zone or similar charges will be added to the final invoice.

Where several properties are inspected during the same journey, travel charges may be divided between the appointments where appropriate. Additional travel expenses will not be incurred without prior agreement.

Cancellations & No-Access

Where an appointment cannot proceed because access has not been provided, the inspection fee and any applicable travel costs may remain payable.
