Data & Systems Consultancy
Practical data, reporting and system solutions for housing providers, property businesses and asset management teams.
Why use data and systems consultancy?
Property and compliance teams often hold important information across spreadsheets, contractor systems, databases and document folders. When records are inconsistent, disconnected or difficult to report on, it can become harder to understand property condition, demonstrate compliance and prioritise work effectively.
DampRo UK can review existing data and processes, identify gaps and recommend practical improvements. This may include improving data quality, designing reporting tools, developing property and compliance databases, reviewing system workflows and creating clearer methods for recording surveys, inspections, certificates and remedial works.
Data & Systems Consultancy Fees
Consultancy services are tailored to the organisation, existing systems and required outcomes. Work can be commissioned as a short review, a defined project or ongoing analytical and system support.
Prices shown exclude VAT.
